In 1999 the residential stucco industry in Minnesota introduced several code changes to improve the quality and durability of the residential and commercial stucco systems. That same year is when our education began learning the importance of papering and lathing a project correctly. It can be as simple as flashings, flashing tape, shingle lapping the 2 ply tar paper... whether its a new lake home or a small patch in the city, it will be papered and lathed correctly!

2007 is the year that Custom Stucco & Plaster was established and began offering quality craftmanship at affordable rates to both homeowners and contractors alike. As of 2012 our business is still strong and slowly growing doing high profile lake homes, multi unit residential housing, as well as, patching projects.

Custom Stucco & Plaster has gotten where it is today by offering what the client needs. We keep costs and overhead low, while keeping everyone happy.
